Awesome experience! Ever purchased a car without seeing it in person? I did with Woody’s and it worked out great. A dealer has to be really trustworthy for me to be willing to take that risk. I found the perfect car that I wanted at Woody’s. They had great reviews so I trusted them, even though I wasn’t able to see the car in person. I got the car and it is perfect. They kept their word and the car is everything we hoped it would be.

Drove four hours for my car and I love it. Best prices and great friendly staff. Russ was my salesman and he was great in doing everything he could to get me my new car. Highly recommend this shop. They are super busy for a reason!

Terry M.did an outstanding job answering all of our questions. We had a smooth, flawless purchasing experience. Woody’s kindly provided transportation from the Kansas City Airport to their Chillicothe dealership. The driver, Jim, was promptly at the airport when we arrived. Terry had all the paperwork ready when we arrived which made for the fastest car purchase we have ever had, max 10 minutes! We give Woody’s Automotive Group our highest recommendation! We LOVE our new Dodge Ram 1500 Limited

Russ was AWESOME!! Came in looking for a specific vehicle, with specific engine. Own a Jeep, and wanted to stay with a Jeep. No high pressure sales like every other dealership we’ve ever been too…which has been many over our years! Knew what price wanted to stay at before we came, they were great to come to a compromise of their price/our price we wanted. Will definitely refer and come back!! Definitely a different car buying experience..don’t hesitate to make the drive to this dealership, you won’t regret it!!

I drove 100 miles to purchase a car that was advertised online. The salesman I spoke to on the phone set an appointment time and told me that they would have the car cleaned up and ready to go. When I arrived the car was parked in the front but the clean up left a lot to be desired. It looked like they had just sprayed it off with a hose and it was still quite dusty inside and out. Never-the-less after taking a test drive, I made a cash offer for the full advertised price of the car. I was then told that if I did not finance with them, there would be an additional $600 added to the price. The salesman submitted my offer, without the $600 to Mitchell Cooper, the general manager. Mitchell then came back saying they would take $300 instead of the $600, but then added an additional $199 in administrative fees. I repeated that my offer was a cash offer for the full advertised price and no more. Mitchell got somewhat belligerent and lectured me that if I did not want to pay their price, someone else would and left the room and I left the dealership. The moral of this story is 1) read online reviews before doing business with a dealership, 2) don’t do business with dealers that have as many negative reviews as this dealer has, 3) ask about hidden fees before driving 100 miles the dealership, and 4) expect to be treated with honesty and integrity and don’t do business with those who are dishonest or try to deceive you.
