Salesperson was nice. Didnt give her name, but nice. Decent selection of vehicles to pick from. Office was clean and well lit. No vultures which was nice, but over all staff was standoffish. Might not go back.

Bought a work truck form then on Tuesday by Saturday it’s making a noise when shifting and had a slip or two at 60 mph. Bought it “as is” no need to call and complain. Do not go here. I’ll have to have the transmission replaced or serviced. Not happy with my purchase. I don’t have the best credit and they told this was the only truck I could get. I’m doubting that story now. I wouldn’t recommend this place. 0 stars

Our experience working with DJ and Zachary was outstanding! I absolutely hate car shopping, so we had dragged our feet for months before actually beginning to shop. We were so pleasantly surprised with the low pressure, attentive, and knowledgeable folks at TruWorth when we stopped in that we never looked anywhere else. I have already referred a friend to them and will buy our next vehicles there as well.

Terrible, terrible terrible experience!!! Talked to a guy named jordan who seemed very nice and helpful at first. I got my car inspected from a local auto shop before I bought it. I told him over the phone that I was interested in buying the car in my business name before I grove from Indy to Kokomo to pick up the car. He told me that was fine. Later on he told me that it might be harder to get the car in the business name because it may be a higher down payment. I told him that I was ok with that and that I still wanted to know how much it would cost me once if ran my business credit. He told me that was fine and that we would check both ways(a LIE!) I then started my application (interning my person information on a big screen television) he then he asked me for my social. I asked him didn’t he need my tax if for my business and he responded that he just needed my social. After the application process he told me he needed my insurance and walked away. Afterward another guy named Brandon (he says he was the team leader) came by and asked me which payment would be more comfortable for me monthly. I asked him how much was my downpayment for my business. He then responded that he was unable to run my business. I told him that Jordan did not explain that to me and didn’t tell me that he was not running my business credit. He have nonchalantly apologized for him and kept talking.
Never in our conversation did Brandon EVER DISCUSS how much my payment was, how much my interest rate was, or how much taxes were. He only talked about some fee for theft protection for $399 or something.
After about 15 min Jordan comes back with papers for me to sign. Still, without my total payment being discussed or anything! As I’m signing papers I’m finally finding out everything like the taxes and fees and total price and interest rate! To top everything off, I get the vehicle with gas on complete E! Jordan told me he wish I told him earlier and gave me directions to the nearest gas station.
I’m appalled by this terrible service.
I called the manager of Carmel and he said he would look Ali to it but wasn’t sure “what I wanted him to do”. What do you mean!? I want these guys reprimanded and under review. I want to return this vehicle because now I don’t trust anything they have told me!
