      Everything from scheduling my appointment to driving off the lot with my new car. They were spectacular. I came in with the lowest expectations and came out with a more then generous deal. They really dis go above and beyond and made my experience a great one. John L. was my sales person and was amazing, patient, and not pushy at all. I would recommend them to anyone!

      I recently received a recall notice from Toyota. Right off the bat, I was pleased and grateful that I purchased a Toyota. They sent a detailed, easily understandable, two page letter explaining the matter at hand, the cost of repairs, etc. I was a ford owner prior to buying my first Toyota. ford never sent a detailed and friendly recall notice like that.

      I called the Toyota of Southern Maryland service department to inquire about the issue and to schedule an appointment for repairs. The staff member I spoke with seemed to be very knowledgeable. She was also extremely friendly, respectful, and honest. She explained that during various hours, that the service technicians would not be able to perform certain tasks, due to high numbers of other services being provided.

      The young lady on the phone also explained that a rental car could be provided and that the required services would be completed by end of day, when I dropped my vehicle off. i dropped my car off around 6 am. The staff members were all, very friendly and respectful. Each person had a decent amount of energy and enthusiasm for so early in the morning.

      I was provided a rental car right off the bat. My total time in the dealership that morning was around 10- 15 minutes. It was an enjoyable 10- 15 minutes, as the staff had conversations with me and were joking around a bit, appropriately, of course. I was on my way very quickly.

      About 2 hours later, I received a phone call stated that the services on my car were completed. Once I was off of work, I returned to the dealership. I walked in, and was offered a friendly greeting, again. I was informed that the repairs and rental car were of absolutely no cost to me. I was handed my keys and receipt and given a friendly send off.

      I can tell you now, I am blown away by everything Toyota as a whole, and Toyota of Southern Maryland has provided for me thus far. This is the first time I have ever owned a Toyota, and I am beyond pleased. I will be sure to purchase Toyota’s in my future and rely on them to provide certain services.

      I never had a good experience in any dealings with any ford dealership or personnel. I would always receive a run around, attitude, claim that my name would be on a waiting list and I would be called, and told that I would not be supplied a loaner or rental. I was fed nothing but lies and disrespect by ford.

      Toyota has changed my view of dealerships and service departments. I highly suggest purchasing a Toyota and utilizing the Toyota of Southern Maryland service department.

      Joe Rea! He worked so hard on a sale of a used car (which I’m sure didn’t yield him much return) to ensure that we had a safe and reliable car to give my niece as her first vehicle. That alone was proof that he was trying to get us what we needed versus just hitting a quota. He was very responsive and even went out of his way to meet us halfway since we live in Richmond, VA. I do wish he was here in town so I could recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!
