Tedd Britt provided great and speedy services while getting my F-150 serviced.

The salesman whom sold me the truck [Alejandro] noticed me, inquired on the progress of my truck, satisfaction with the trick thus far and advised that I could call him at anytime if I needed an issue resolved in which he would direct me to the best options to resolve the issue.

Tedd Britt makes their customers feel valued, not like a business that swindled a customer out of their money and now they don’t care.

I take my vehicle to Quick Lane because the staff there is excellent! I never worry about my car when it is in their hands. Zack is great about explaining what needs to be done and what can wait. My recent visit resulted in some extra work needing to be done and so Christine arranged a rental vehicle very quickly so that I could get my errands done for the day. I highly recommend Quick Lane for car maintenance and repairs, tires too (that will be my next visit).

I got the vehicle that I wanted but paid more than I should have. The online prices for the cars and trucks get marked up as soon as you start talking about a deal. In my case the numbers that they showed me were inflated in the taxes and other places. Then we started negotiating and they went back to bring out new numbers and had me sign my name on the numbers for my counter offer. After we had an agreement they came back with numbers and the taxes were down by over $800 where they should have been to begin with!

I have bought a number of cars and this is a game the dealers always play so just be forewarned. If the vehicle that I wanted wasn’t really nice I would have kept looking but it wasn’t worth the hassle to walk away for me. The online price gets you in the door then you have to negotiate off the mark up they put back on the car.

Know your numbers to include tax, tag and title when you walk in the door. I understand they have to make a profit which is why I didn’t go back and forth. I just won’t go back to purchase another vehicle.

The vehicle was nice and the salesperson was nice but the experience was like you would find at any other used car dealership where they try to make an extra buck off of you by playing with the numbers. I buy lots of cars so in the long run I guess it’s their loss because I won’t go back to buy another. $1500 bucks of overcharge on me the customer may very well end up costing them $50k or more in the next 2 years because of a lost deal.

      This is my honest review!

I have had my 2017 Edge in for routine maintenance one time, and had to have a side view mirror replaced due to an accident. They are by far the fastest working group of people I have seen. They are very courteous and the waiting room is very comfortable. Most everything you need is accessible. The service performed was excellent also. Appointments are always made easy and the service tech is always nice to deal with.

During my most recent visit to the Quick Lane center, I was greeted by my service advisor, Zach. We went over all the details of the work that needed to be done: State Inspection, a Recall repair and oil change. Zach kept me completely informed of all the repairs and time to complete. Since the recall would take some time, he arranged a loaner for me to complete all my errands. Within a few hours, the truck was done and I was on my way home. Kudos to Zach, Jhoceline (in the loaner car center) and Ricky who made sure all went well. Thanks to all the staff at Ted Britt and Quick Lane for making my visits successful.
