      Found the truck I liked on autotrader, so I sent in an inquiry. No more than 10min later I got a message from Ashely regarding the truck along with some information I requested. Because I lived an hour away I wanted to he sure we could get in the same ballpark number wise, so we did some negotiating and settled on a price. I filled out the credit app and was approved and ready to sign in no time. The next day we went to test drive the truck and Will had it all ready for me. Papers were all laid out and signed in no time! Highly recommend working with Will and Ashley, they will get you signed up and in a great vehicle fast!

      Zero stars deserved.
      I am so disappointed. I drove over 4 hours based off of the sales person’s description of what the vehicle looked like. She even sent me photos but somehow forgot to include the many dents and totally missed the fact that the hood was missing half the paint and the convertible top was ripped (how do you miss that?… I was told the top was practically new). I was even told that there was no rust, however at first glance, the rust was extremely visible. Where has honesty gone? Certainly, not here. Buyer beware. They actually offered me a tank of gas. I didn’t take the tank of gas since it was offered because they knew they had deceived my family.

      These people deserve NO STARS.
      Honesty, what is that? At what point do car dealers not realize that if they lie about dents dings, missing paint, rust, etc….. that a potential buyer is NOT BLIND. if I specifically ask, “is there any rust”, tell me the truth because rust is visible, highly visible. On the particular vehicle I inquired about, the paint was bubbled in several places. Don’t even try to say, “oopsy, we missed that”. Ya lied. Flat out lied. The top was ripped, not a small rip either. I had also asked if there was any wind noise in the vehicle while being driven and was told no. How in the world can the answer be no with a ripped top? Again, just tell the truth. I drove over 4 hours to find out that my family was decieved.

      Just bought my 3rd car here. Great prices. Jermaine is the best low pressure salesman and always gets us what we want with great deals. Their service department is amazing. I highly reccomend riverside .

      I’ve had nothing but horrible service from the service department at this dealership. From putting a gash in my brand new truck door, waiting hours (up to 4hrs) even with an appointment to “forgetting” to use the high dollar oil and filter I brought for my oil change, to getting the run around just trying to schedule service…. Bad experience after bad experience. I keep returning given my truck is under warranty and hoping the level of service will change but it appears i’ll have to travel an hour to get quality help. Recommendation to the owner: Take a close look at your leadership team, the staff they are hiring and the standard they are setting for them.. You’re losing valuable customers who’d be more than happy to keep their vehicle purchasing and service work in town with a reputable dealer.
