      We had a great experience at Ontario Auto Ranch! We had contacted them before we went there on a Jeep Renagade we were interested in. They were very up front with their pricing in our emails back and forth. When we got to the dealership there were NO surprises. Very smooth transaction. We spent about 2 hours – and that included the test drive! I highly recommend Craig Kendall – he was our salesperson. He was easy to work with and very personable. The finance department was a breeze as well! If you see a vehicle there you like, they will treat you very fair!

      We had such a good experience working with Craig on our last car purchase, it was an easy choice to go back when it was time for a change! He helped us find a vehicle that meets all our current needs, and made the whole process as quick and smooth as possible. Great people all the way around, this will always be our first stop for car shopping!

      Not sure how their in person experience is. Their web inquiry experience is horrible.

      I dropped an inquiry to them via CarGurus. First noted, was that they took careful attention to raise the price on the vehicle before responding to me.

      They did connect me with a salesperson. I asked a very simple and specific question about the car, and did not get a response. The next day I got an email from said salesperson asking if I had any more questions about the car (but no answer to my question). When I replied in puzzlement, I got a reply/apology that it was an automated email, and they could get a manager to help me with my questions.

      Come on dealers— it is nearly 2020. Why are we still using these ANNOYING automated email systems that strip the personal service and attention out of the experience? And why can’t your dealers respond to a simple question about fees without getting a manager involved?

      I was told to stay away from this dealer – should have listened.

      One of the best dealers around. Rodney was the best he got me the family car Ive been wanting at a price I could afford. He worked hard from beginning till the end until he found something that fit best for me. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but here! Thank you auto ranch and thank you Rodney!

      In the future I will be taking the extra time to drive to Dennis Dillon. I dropped off my 2013 Jeep Wrangler yesterday 11/23 for the airbag recall appointment at 11 am. The gentleman stated the Jeep would be done around lunchtime. No later than 2 ish in my eyes. The service department closes at 3. The gentleman said he would call me before they closed to let me know where he left my keys. I never received a phone call so I called the sales department around 6:30pm to ask if they had put my keys in my Jeep. The guy who answered told me that they didn’t have any white jeeps on there lot at all and that I had the wrong dealer and I told him that somebody must’ve stole it. Today, 11/24 I drove by to make sure my Jeep was actually on the lot and didn’t get stolen. It was there, my keys were not put out anywhere, nor did they even have the decency to lock my Jeep. Thankfully nothing was stolen. Now I have no vehicle to take to work tomorrow. They turned a very simple fix into a problem. The only good thing I have to say is they got me in fast and the guy was polite.
