      This is the best place to rent a vehicle!! Jamie Mathis rocks!! She was very customer oriented, polite, knowledgeable, and very courteous… she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer!! I had a nice Pathfinder and it was so clean!! I loved it and they are now my #1 for renting cars and I highly recommend!! Go see Jamie Mathis the rental manager there! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

      The Salesman manager made false reports to bank which later caused us to have to return once approved vehicle.
      On, 1-9-2020 we were approved to purchase a vehicle from Nissan of Shelby through crescent bank of New Orleans. After a very persuasive conversation they had convinced me and my wife to do a volunteer repossession on our current car because they were going to sell us a better/newer car with cheaper payments and FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE. Well, after signing the contract, less than five days later On 1-14-2020, I received a call from crescent Bank. They asked me the mileage of the vehicle I purchased, I told them. They proceeded to ask what I paid for rent, I told them, then asked me what method did I make the down payment with. I told them a check. They wanted to know for how much and I said $1500. The employee of the bank asked me if I had post dated any checks or deferred payment for the down payment. I told them I had a post dated check for $1,000 that was to be cashed on Fed, 21st and this was all approved of Nissan of Shelby, the sales manager Chuck in particular. The same afternoon I had that same sales manager, Chuck calling me from Nissan telling me he was going to have the bank call me back to tell them, my wife had came in and made the down payment in full (which she had not) and I didn’t understand why. The bank never called me back and the following day (1-15-2020) the dealership called me back saying that they had lied to the bank and falsified some of the statements to the bank (none of my knowing) and when the bank had called me personally I had told the truth and the bank had caught the falsified statements they had wrote up and then denied the loan amount for the car that I would have to return the car. So with the lies that the sales manager, Chuck and finance associate Kevin had told, I lost both vehicles. I was told by another salesman when I had took the car back on 1-15-2020 that this was the second or third time they had been caught falsifying some information on bank applications for approvals and in turn, the others also had to return their vehicle also. Just can’t seem to think it’s right for them to falsify information to a bank and then cause people to loose the vehicle they had signed a contract on and would’ve possibly been approved if the truth would have been in the said statement to the loaning bank.

      Kenny Pinto was amazing, he put me at ease and introduced me to the staff, made sure I was ready for my new purchase and was very excited and happy to help me. I know I can return with any questions or concerns. I love the free oil changes, the nice clean look of the dealership and everyone is so happy to see you and help you. I know that I will be back when it is time to upgrade my husband’s car. They are an amazing team. Chris helped with financing, explained everything made sure we were ready. I couldn’t be more pleased. I still haven’t stopped smiling. Love this place and definitely telling everyone I know where to go for their next new car.

      I needed a new car, I had NO clue what I wanted and went to Nissan of Shelby, from the moment we walked in the door it was a great experience!! The Salesman Jessie and Will, Sales Manager Chuck, General Manager Leland, Finance Director Kevin, and finance girl Candy were all great!!! They worked and worked till they got the right deal for us. They did not pressure us!! I will not go anywhere else to buy another car!! It is a family atmosphere and they are honest and will treat you right!!! Make sure if you need a car go see them – you will not go wrong with this crew!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars and not just 5 stars!!! I can’t wait to get my survey from Nissan because they will get a 10 on everything!! Thank you, thank you, thank you – I can’t say it enough!! Jayne and John Morrow
