Everyone was nice, service (Oil change) was done in a timely manner. Waiting area was clean & welcoming. (Price was simply out of my budget, at approximately double the cost of other oil changes performed locally.) I was Then given an estimate for over $700 in recommended service to my vehicle which is currently running well. Even $700+ in preventative maintenance does not fit into my retirement budget!

Derrik is the best salesman ever!! I love coming to MJ Nissan for all of my auto care! They not only treat their customers with respect, but I see everywhere that they treat EACH OTHER with respect and friendliness!! That is awesome to see! Kudos to Mike Mason and Rick and the management team!!

I am changing my review ONLY because I ended up going to this dealership and had a MUCH better experience with Tito. He was wonderful and the service I was given was wonderful. I originally had a poor experience over the phone with a woman by the name of Lisa however Tito and his team were able to make up for that with the wonderful customer service they provided to me. I would definitely recommend speaking with him if you ever need anything from this dealership.

Purchasing a car was easier than expected. Car Salesman, Rick Alston, was wonderful and kept me entertained. Finance team I dealt with, Corey and Jonathan, were very attentive, helpful, and honest. Definitely recommend them!!!!!

Today was the first time I went to Michael Jordan Nissan and it will probably be the last. I had a my car serviced regarding a recall on my 2007 Nissan Versa airbag. Everything was fine until I got a text message review a Free 16 point check up that would have been $1,383 to repair everything they stated I needed, but felled to check to see if I needed an oil change which was the least expensive item. All I said was Wow!! I had a sticker on my window stating it was time for an oil change and all they wanted me to know about is the most expensive items that needed repaired. As a new customer this gave me bad impression of this Dealership. It made me think that all their concerned about is large dollar repairs and not low $ cost. Customer Service involves a plethora of matters. Then I called and spoke to the service manager Bob, and advised him about them over looking the oil change check and I also ask him why it would cost to have a service guy to check my horn fuse and he stated it was not apart of the free check up and it would cost to have him check the fuse. Instead of him apologizing regarding the oil change situation he decides to ask “do I get paid when I work”, so that he could give me an analogy of everybody has to get paid when they work. I said to myself “ did he Really go there !!!! I am 59 yrs old, single mother, in Graduate School, work a full time job and part time job 5 days a week and take care of parent with dementia. I am very knowledgeable that people get paid to do work, but to pay someone to check a horn fuse that takes less than a minute to check . Wow!!! In my opinion this isn’t good customer service and his comment was very condescending.
At the end of our call he stated he personally will check the horn fuse for me.
I feel why did I have to go through all of that for him to check the fuse without charging me.
On the other hand I really like Michael Jordan as a person, but in my opinion not the best customer service and the prices are to high for someone like myself who doesn’t have that type of money for repairs.
      Thanks
