      Such excellent customer service. In and out in less than 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Every time I visit my salesman Alex H stops by to ask how things are going. I also appreciated the car wash.

      Brought my car in for a recall from the traction light. It was good for a few months after they looked at it and a similar problem with the traction light started happening again. Now they want money to look at it. For all I know they just reset the computer switched a couple wires around to stop it from doing something under recall to have it do something not under recall. Horrible service. Not trustworthy.

      Overcharged for a “diagnosis” of a door locking issue that could have been understood with a simple search through work order history. You can’t tell me this is a brand new issue, and my truck has been the only GMC of that year that has had this happen. At the time of signing the service agreement, they were not clear about the cost being diagnosis only. I had thought that was to correct this small issue, was a little expensive, but though we might as well since I was there for service. I would have never agreed to pay that much for a diagnosis. Service was OK, kind of long wait (probably for the unnecessary diagnosis), and the truck was not run through the wash like every other time I have brought it there previously. Disappointing experience altogether.

      Update – I could not reach the service department when attempting to contact. The response was likely automatic, definitely not specific on who to contact, and therefore likely not genuine about speaking in reference to the issue.
