These guys were awesome. Steven was our salesperson (with a little help from Luke). They were not pushy, very transparent with the process, and super easy to deal with. The price of the vehicle was fair and upfront. They didn’t try to add on a bunch of fees and services that we didn’t need or want. We were in and out in about 2 hours (took that long because of my insurance company moving so slow.) I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

WONDERFUL service. They make you feel like family. Some dealerships have complimentary Coke products…but Lyberger’s offers complimentary ice cream. It isn’t just your standard, cheap ice cream—it’s the good stuff!

They gave me a great deal and the entire staff was genuine. The vehicle I have now works great and serves its purpose well. They understood my situation and worked with me in getting something that met my needs. At least check them out and see what they have for you.

By far the best dealership in Anchorage. Great customer service and great vehicles for excellent price. This dealership is very military friendly. Goes above and beyond to take care of service members.

My girlfriend bought her car there a little over 4 years ago and the engine went to you know what. Obviously not their fault these things happen. The issue is the extended warranty she bought was 48 months and not 60. We spoke with Marrin Steele who had sold here the car and I would assume the warranty. He claimed he didn’t do that portion of the transaction and that he would never let someone drive off the lot without a 60 month extended warranty which would have covered her until this fall. This would have covered the cost of the new engine ($5,400). I wasn’t there at the time of the purchase/paperwork but it seems like the salesperson would be dealing directly with that in addition to all other paperwork (last vehicle I bought they did financing, warranty, everything). She was so sick and tired of looking for a car and dealing with salespeople anyway she just bought the thing even though she knew it was overpriced. No sense in haggling over the price when they’re not going to sell you a warranty that doesn’t cover you up until when you need it.
