Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership in the area! Erick was a great salesman and very understanding of my needs for a vehicle choice. I could tell he genuinely had my best interest in mind! Not once did he try to pressure me into buying something he knew would put me into a bind, but instead explained why the choice I chosen was the best choice. I will definitely be back to do business with Erick and highly recommend all my friends and family to.

After going to a few car lots in Beckley I seen a lot better deals online at Joe Holland. After talking to Ken Hatfield on the phone I knew I’d have a better experience. This was by far the best and easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a truck. Everyone was great to me and my family. You’ve found a new customer for life. Thank you.

Rashad…was my salesman. Nice guy. I let them handle everything. I didn’t question much as I don’t care for confrontation. Honestly, they could’ve done better on my trade. They were close, but they could’ve given me another $1500 on my trade easily. I know it and they know it. Little stuff like that is honestly what lingers after the transaction is done and really makes you think twice about giving a place your business. When you sit back and let the business act in your best interest or theirs and they chose to pocket that extra money instead of give it back.

I feel that 181.00 dollars was entirely too much to charge for a key to a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche. If I had purchased a Fob then it would have been 300.00
Shirley was wonderful and Travis was nice. If I had known the bill would have totaled that much them I would have canceled my purchase. They ended up using my existing key to make a new key. Also the first key they made would open the doors but not start the car. Said the lock cylinder must be worn. Didn’t offer to discount that key. I have had a fantastic lock Smith out of Parkersburg who was only $100.00
      I will not come back.

We are very happy with our new car! The team at Joe Holland was great. They were friendly and professional but not pushy. We got the car we wanted at a great price. We strongly recommend this dealership!
