      Awesome people friendly and not pushy at all….we came in with vehicles we wanted to look at and Rob Thomas sat and looked them up for us and showed them to us. We changed our mind on a vehicle we had lined up and at the last minute decided to upgrade (without being pushed to) and they accommodated us quickly without a fuss at all!!! The Caprara Father and Son team coming to talk to us as well (nicest people ever) Fastest process I’ve ever gone through buying a car (in TN it took an entire day at 2 different dealerships, but here it took no time at all) altogether the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car!!! George Kuhn at Alexandria Bay store is awesome as well….I think that if I ever buy another car FX Caprara will be the first place I go to!!! They really set the Standard for where To buy from!!!

      My wife and I have not purchased a vehicle here at FX Caprara Honda. We did however have two vehicles with air bag recalls fixed here. Each time we were treated exceptionally. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The waiting area is amazing with coffee and muffins. The kid area was a hit with our two children as well. The owner even stopped by to tell us good morning.

      I have purchased five vehicles from FX. All have been seamless until this last purchase. Mike Young, the sales manager, effectively communicated with me and fixed the problem. It might have seemed like something small to my salesman, but following through for future business is important to me. Putting 25k miles on a vehicle a year, I purchase a new vehicle every four years. Mike made sure they earned my business back. Thanks for following through, Mike!

      4 stars go to great Customer service. fast and knowledgeable. The 5th star could be added But the Service Appointment scheduler never works or let’s you make an appointment then you get a call days later saying sorry we can’t do it that day or at that time. If it was updated so when you make an appointment it tells you that time is full or they are closed at the time. I would give 5 starts It’s a nice option to have but first it’s gotta work. Or it should be made unavailable.

      Excellent! My family has purchased with the FX Caprara family for years, having rolocated back to the North Country recently, this is my first experience and purchase with them. Very accommodating, let me test drive several cars to make my decision. Have loved my experience this far!
