Purchased a used truck from the outlet. Inspected the truck, and went to negotiate. Got the same old tired “we’re losing money on it”, but figured the price was decent.
Asked about a full tank of gas, same story “not at that price”.
There was a gun safe in the center console, promised that they would talk to the previous owner, which is why I’m giving 2 stars, they actually did. But when that yielded nothing and a locksmith had to be called, the answer diverted to “at the price you got, there’s no money to deal with issues after sales”.
The truck had locking lug nuts. I was told the key is in the center console. Which has a locked gun safe in it? Another $200 to have the dealer pull those off an replace it.
I knew the truck needed $3,000+ in deferred maintenance, that justified the price. However, the additional hundreds from preventable issues that should have been taken care of immediately upon receipt of the vehicle by the dealer leaves a poor taste in my mouth.

The hardest I saw the salesman work was when he messed up the paperwork and had to fix the issue before getting paid. Once the check was funded, all bets were off.

What if there was a dime bag or gun in the safe? How is that not a liability for the dealer?

Bought a vehicle through Fury Motors Outlet in late winter/early spring which had been inspected by the mechanics at the Fury Motors St Paul location prior to sale. In the summer, I discovered that the A/C unit had multiple failures to the tune of $1100, which had not been disclosed, even though I asked specifically about the A/C prior to purchase.

Went to look at a veichle had an appointment was 15 mins early even and someone walked in right in front of us asked me the keys and he let them test drive it. Very unprofessional. Was gonna even pay cash for it. Dont waste time here go to the main lot they are alot more friendly and professional.

Would give this place half a star if there was an option. Sales rep was a jerk to put it nicely. Was told one thing from main store and sent to the outlet for a car and told something completely different. Not happy with this place.
