      Recently scheduled some preventative maintenance at Frontier Ford (Spark Plug change and Coolant Flush). Being fully transparent I did not receive a quote before hand.
      When I arrived, the service clerk asked me if I had been quoted for the work to be done. I said I had not but would like to receive one before we started. The gentleman thought for about a couple of minutes and wrote down an estimate of $750 for the two services. Surprised by the large amount given parts for both are around $120. He told me it is usually less but didn’t have a response for why I wasn’t quoted less then. Told him I needed to discuss with my wife. When I returned, he was suddenly willing to take $135 off the quote. Pretty shady to fluctuate that much with pricing.
      Long story short, I took my vehicle down the road to Jerry Smith Chevrolet and had the exact same two services completed for $400. Nearly half of Frontier Ford’s original quote. Save yourself the time and hassle with the shady service managers at Frontier Ford and take your business elsewhere.

      Came in and purchased a used vehicle from this dealership last night. Cameron had helped us with a sale in the past, and we wanted to go through him again when it was time to find myself a vehicle. A few weeks ago I was looking around online and asked for the details of a vehicle, and Cameron responded. I told him I wasn’t looking at the time, just browsing. He didn’t pressure me to come in, just said to email or call if I had any questions. He’s a very easy going guy and works to make things happen for you, even when you don’t know if it can happen. He doesn’t make you feel embarrassed or insecure about where you’re at financially, and gives reasonable alternatives to find a good fit. If he had worked at another dealership, I would go where he was. Last year we were one of his first sales, and I’m glad he was there when I was ready for mine. Thanks Cameron! And thank you to Pete as well for helping on the finance side and pulling strings for us. You were both incredible.

      I Originally took my vehicle in for an oil change, top off the fluids, and a tire rotation. Picked up my car no problem, when I got home with my vehicle I had noticed my tires had not been rotated and out curiosity I checked my fluids and found my coolant to be low. Called the service department and after multiple calls back even with leaving contact information for the service manager I was told I was not the first person recently to complain about this and if I brought my car back to them they would fix the issues and comp my next oil change. Fast forward and I am bring my car home for the second time the tires were rotated this time but upon getting home I again check my coolant level to find it was again not filled up. I again called back to the dealership and was told again to bring it back for the work to be done, I refuse to bring my car back there again, if they can’t do the work right the first time on something as simple as an oil change why would I trust them with anything more.

      Very interested in selling you a vehicle. Told them I need a car to tow behind a RV on all for wheels. Sold me a car that can’t be towed at all. I admit I should have educated myself but still feel they tricked me into purchasing something I could not use with my RV. Will have to purchase a full trailer now too.
