      Josh Craft our salesman was amazing. He really took his time to make sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted that worked best for my needs.       I took my Tahoe in for a noise under the vehicle and told them it had jumped like the transmission was acting up. They checked it and said there had been issues with air getting into the oil pump which at this time no repair was needed. two days later the transmission went out with a tow bill, car rental charge and a major repair bill. Plus I have had several other issues with repair work with them They wrecked my vehicle while under repair work. I am totally upset wit GM and Don Hall Chevrolet. It will be the last work I have done there. I advise people to stay away.

      Unfortunately I had to change my rating. The office staff and customer service people I dealt with were amazing and I would give them 5 stars, but 2 months after getting my car back it’s been back in the garage twice for repairs that were either overlooked initially or just ignored. My insurance company reopened my claim and paid for the extra repairs because they were something that should have been taken care of. All the cosmetic and body work looks great and it’s like having a new car, but there were some major mechanical issues that were left undone.
