      I do not recommend working with Deskins based on our experience. The sales manager Rip hung up on me when I asked for a “yes or no” if they would accept our offer or not. There were several issues with the vehicle we were interested in that they did not disclose (cracked windshield, dented door, weak batteries, etc). They like to play the used car sales games. We ended up purchasing elsewhere. [ The following is in response to Deskins’ response below, so prospective buyers know the truth of the matter: 1. The third party diesel shop that I paid to inspect the vehicle uncovered MULTIPLE issues that were NOT disclosed at all (by phone or via email) by Deskins, which included a cracked windshield, bad batteries, very dirty air filter, a “horrible” wobble while driving down the road – which Deskins told me they had fixed, damage to the passenger door (which existed long before the inspection- as you can see it in the listing photos if you look closely), and more. We would have had no idea about these issues prior to driving down to see it if we had not had it inspected. 2. Funny that Deskins says our trade was upside down when a Ford dealer gave us precisely what we were asking Deskins for on our trade-in. 3. I was not bulling or yelling or even being rude when I was hung up on by Rip. I said “I am getting frustrated by the run around and need a yes or no as to whether or not you accept our offer” – and that was following multiple email exchanges asking if Deskins was going to accept our offer or not – Rip just kept playing the used car sales games never saying “no” but trying to get me to come up in price. Rip clearly didn’t like it when I turned those tables and asked for a yes or no. I called and spoke with Sam Hatch, who was much more professional, but ultimately defended Rip’s unprofessional actions. ] Ultimately, we ended up driving 6 hours to a Ford dealer in Georgia where we purchased a vehicle that was in much better shape, 2 years newer, with with less miles, and got exactly what we asked for from our trade in with no bickering whatsoever. They accepted our initial offer and the deal was done – so refreshing after dealing with the Deskins run around!

      Best car experience ever! I bought a mustang sight unseen from Kentucky and had it shipped to New Hampshire with ZERO problems! The GM Sam Hatch – awesome! I cannot give this dealership enough stars! In truth, I will pay shipping costs and continue to purchase ALL my vehicles from them! My ratings out of 5 stars… communication 5….. reliability 5….listing accuracy 5…. Overall experience 5. Best dealership I have EVER worked with! Honest, reliable, professional with A-ONE customer service!

      This was an excellent place to buy a vehicle. My sales rep was Scooter and he was great. I also met the ladies in the back that handle tag and title and they were very friendly. The only fly in the ointment was the gap insurance. The finance person glossed it over. I was under the impression it was included in the price but was actually charged 600 for it. We did have 30 days to cancel but by the time we really looked into it the 30 days was up. So just make sure your read the sales slip that lists all the charges before signing. Overall I was pleased and would have no problem buying another vehicle there.

      They really went above and beyond for me. The car they had that I wanted wasn’t for me, so they got one just for me that was perfect and even delivered it to Lexington. They price was amazing. I will definitely go back the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

      Through the process of looking at a truck from them the experience has been outstanding! I drove 3.5 hours to come look at a truck on a rainy day and they pulled it in the shop early that morning so it would dry off before I got there. When I did, I realized they brought a mechanic in on a Saturday just so they would let me use the toolbox if I wanted to, to inspect the truck, also without asking! They were all very respectful to me and my ride along. The nicest people at a dealership I’ve ever talked to by far. Even if i don’t decide to purchase the vehicle I would definitely go to them again for a vehicle.
