Best service ever !! I drove all the way from Fresno to buy a car I saw on line In no time at all I was driving back home with exactly the kind of vehicle I wanted. When I asked for service in Fresno I was looking to service my vehicle. I was given an outrageous price for something so simple. I called car namic and got a great price for service on my car ! The owner even helped me although I had already purchased the vehicle. I drive a great car purchased from great people and service at Car Namic!

So I bought a truck from these people about 2 months ago. I still haven’t received my registration or plates. After trying to reach them for the last two weeks, I got a call today from a woman saying that they had my plates there, but that the registration and licensing wasn’t “fully” covered by our deal and that I would have to go back to the dealership to pay an extra couple hundred dollars for them. Sounds like some kind of scam to me. I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service, and the treatment I’ve received from Steve the manager, and also from the licensing department. They are either completely incompetent, or crooks. Either way, I’m sorry I ever did business with them, and would recommend anybody looking to buy a new vehicle to look elsewhere.

On most websites the advertised price is what a normal buyer would assume the car will cost after including the usual taxes and DMV fees etc.
There is nothing that says that the dealer will add another $400 for paint protection or a theft deterrent system (which is actually just 4 small paper stickers, not even etching, and I dont see how does that deters theft). After we agreed on a car when signing papers we were told that they usually add on this $400 as accessories even though it says optional, you have no option to refuse it. It was very deceiving.
I was hard pressed to buy a car (my daughter was leaving for school next morning, her old car had died) or I would have walked away from it as a matter of principal. The fact that it was added surreptitiously is what is really unethical.
After I complained I got a call from the Carnamic GM saying they will refund the fees but I have not seen any refunds yet.
      Stay away from this dealer.

They sell Salvage vehicles!!! Accident!!! 2 cars in 1 !!! Scammmm Big Lie!!!

So I purchased a Lexus GS350 from Steve here and he promised me and told that the car I’m buying is an accident free and total awesome car and that he won’t even budge on the price. Well I bought it and took it to a shop to get it tinted and when my guy was doing the back window, he called me and showed me that it’s been replaced due to glue and broken plastic. Then driver back window and doors been taken off and that same side has been painted and welded on. The whole rear side had work done to it and I imagine it probably was worse. So as you can imagine I was very mad, sad and disgusted with this very lying and cheating dealer. Please avoid if you care about your purchase

Staff is super rude. Especially the manager, Steven. They do not take care of their cars or their customers.
