      We stopped in Friday morning to buy our first new car in 10 years. They had one on the lot we liked and bought it. Salem the sales person was very helpful. We got the paperwork done, went home and emptied out the old car we were trading in, got a bank check, and drove the new car home Friday afternoon. The process went well and I would recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new car.

      I’m not one to write many reviews, but I’ve been here twice and had a poor experience both times.

      The first time I needed a replacement part that was damaged and told them to get the car back before the weekend as I was leaving town (I called them on a Tuesday), and they told me it would be done the next day. At the end of the day on Wednesday, they told me they hadn’t even looked at it yet and it would be done on Thursday. That happened two more times, and I didn’t get the car back till the late afternoon on Saturday, and I missed my trip. I wish they had just been up front about needing to order parts, and I could have either gone somewhere else or taken it in after my trip. What’s more, I had also asked them to replace a headlight as part of the repair, and when I got it back, the headlight was still out.

      I saw the good reviews on here and thought I must have just had a one-off bad experience, so I took my car in a few months later to get an estimate on a broken side view mirror that got hit by a biker. The mirror itself is intact and the only thing that broke was a piece of plastic in the hinge that connects the mirror to the side of the car. I could probably fix it with super glue. They told me they’d need to replace the whole mirror because the mechanism was broken (the electronics for adjusting the mirror work just fine, I checked), and that with the total cost for parts and labor it would be $700. Needless to say I brought my car home and bought some super glue.

      The folks that work here have been very nice and I feel bad to leave a negative review, but the service in my two experiences has just been pretty poor and negligent.

      We had been to 5 Honda dealerships before and had a terrible experience at Boch Honda. We were pleasantly surprised at Cambridge Honda. We had the best experience buying a new car at Cambridge Honda. “Carlos Quinones”, our sales person provided us with a great experience buying our new car. He was very courteous and did not pressure us at all.

      He understood our needs and was very honest and clear with the pricing (No hidden costs). Overall, our experience at Cambridge Honda and Carlos in particular was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

      Joe in the service department was very helpful. He called me to let me know what work was recommended for my car, and then called to tell me when it was ready. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to see if everything was working OK. I’ve used Cambridge Honda’s service department for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with their excellent service.
