On January 18, I received the car title and registration documents, however, the refund did not come with it. I emailed the general manager who left his email in the reply about the refund process status.
On January 22, I am still waiting for the reply from the general manager.

I bought a CR-V January 2, 2020. The negotiation went well and I was very satisfied with the deal and the salesperson. However, during the final paperwork, I was offered Carefree Car Protection program – a kind of extended warranty to 10 years/100K miles. I was told the coverage is exactly the same as the manufacturer’s warranty that comes with the new car 3 years/36K miles. It was my mistake that I did not checked the details of the warranty terms, but I simply trusted the person at the finance office. Upon returning home, when I checked the details, it is NOT the same. There were the huge list of exclusions in the coverage. In addition, the online reviews of the service provider are very poor. The service is not from Honda but from a third-party company. I went back to the dealer next day (January 3) to cancel the Carefree Car Protection program. They put me on waiting, but I couldn’t meet the person at the finance office. They told me to get back with the cancelation confirm by the end of the day, but they did not. I am still waiting for it. If you plan to buy a car from this place, be careful about the extended warranty program. BE SURE TO read all fine prints on the warranty terms yourself. Do not naively assume what they say to you before you sign on the contract is true.
EDIT: On January 4, a general manager called me for this matter. He offered to switch the warranty to Honda savor. I did not know the details of the program so that I declined and asked refund. I was told it takes 7 to 10 days to clear the check and issue a refund. I will see how long it takes to get the refund check.

I was just pleased with everyone on the sales staff they listened to my needs they understood that I was very very busy I did not have a lot of time to spend in the dealership. I gave him the details of what I wanted what I needed and how much I was willing to pay for it and from there they pretty much took over came back sent me emails or left me text messages with what they could do.
I walked in signed a couple pieces of paperwork 3 days later and walked out with the car one hour later again what exactly the car buying experience probably should be.
If you do it the right way and work with somebody like Bob Howard Honda you can make it happen every time I’ll definitely buy another car from them in the future.

Ben was the best car salesman that I’ve ever had. He worked with everything I told him, and he definitely worked to get me what I wanted! Highly recommend Ben as a salesman! He went through every single detail on the car I bought on what to do and how to use everything electrically! Thanks Ben for being so great!

I normally have great service here (working with Gino), but today that changed (Gino was out and there was another service rep). I brought my car in for an oil change, and they recommended air filter replacements as well. The service rep said that filter replacements would be about $37 for each of two filters, so I decided to have them installed. Afterwards, they tried to bill me an additional $50 for labor, claiming that the quoted price for for the parts only. I spoke with the service manager regarding this issue, but he was unwilling to work with me. I had them reinstall the old filters and I will likely not receive service here again. (1 star)

Update: as I was writing this, the service rep came up to me and said they had decided to just cover the cost of labor (the additional $50) since that’s the price he and I discussed. Not sure if it’s genuine or if they just didn’t want to lose another $50 of labor swapping the filters out. I guess I’ll assume the best.

Great experience. Service advisor Gino was great to communicate and the email coupon for oil change was a great deal. They caught that my transmission fluid was low and refilled it, saving me lots of trouble down the road. Definitely will return.
