      I recently purchased a 2016 CPO BMW 328i from BMW of North Haven. I had been contemplating purchasing that year/model for months. I was looking for specific interior/exterior color combinations and packages at a certain price point. In November, I found what I was searching for at BMW of North Haven. Because it was a two and a half hour distance from me, it was more practical to discuss this vehicle with via email and phone. Stephanie, the sales person who I worked with, made this process easy. She was immediately responsive to my questions and sent me photos and videos of the vehicle apart from what the website contained. She was honest about any cosmetic defects. She had the service department switch out the chrome grill to black at no further cost (post discussion about the price). We did the financing via phone / email, which was efficient and convenient. When I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase, there were no surprises, and the buying process was simple. The actual paperwork part was super quick. The tech person who went over the car with me spent a great deal of time going through every possible feature and tech question. They gave me a cool gift bag upon departure. Stephanie has checked in multiple times since the purchase and delivery. After visiting a number of BMW dealerships in MA, RI, and NY, I found this one to be the most professional and upfront. I would purchase from this dealership again.

      I brought my BMW in for a same-day scheduled oil service and drove out the next day with a $3300.00 repair bill. As I later found out from other sources, $2300 of this work could have been put off for quite a while – if done at all. However, the service representative led me to feel that the work should be performed right away, the pressure of which deprived me of considering other options and otherwise making a more-informed repair decision. I left feeling extremely disappointed, which was surprising because I had had such a pleasant experience when I purchased my BMW from this same dealer. I give one star because the quality of work performed is apparently excellent.

      I bought my first CPO BMW 328i about a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. I drove a Toyota Corolla for years and contemplated whether or not I wanted to make the switch, but now I totally understand BMW’s slogan “The Ultimate Driving Machine”. BMW of North Haven made the experience very pleasant especially working with my client advisor, Basel Saad. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating. Next time you stop by the dealership to buy a car make sure you ask for Basel. Thank you for great customer service. I am glad to be a part of the BMW family!
