Updated: I was very happy with my experience here. Traverse was great to deal with and I got the car for a very fair price. However, after having the vehicle for 6 months, I’ve had to do 4 repairs on it, costing me a couple grand in total. I have no doubt that they knew about at least one of these issues when it was sold to me. I hope that I’ll get a break from the issues on the car for a while. Still really like the car, but definitely frustrating.

First off, in hate buying cars, period. I don’t like the pressures, the haggling over price, etc. Until I visited Bill Leggett Automotive. I was introduced to Jeremy, and told him what I was needing and about how much I wanted to spend. He had several good options for me to look at. He answered all my questions without pressuring me to buy. He gave me the info and let me decide. He didn’t give his opinion until I asked for it. Very nice. I left that day with a new used car feeling real good about it. I would highly recommend this place to buy a car. I’ll be back again when I need another. Plus, I got a cool T-shirt!

Guy said if u are gonna buy car today , I will let u test drive. Made us feel like we had go buy. Then when I said something about price he said thts the price. What car lot does not price haggle. Even new car lots do it. He was just extremely rude. Same guy that is described in similar review.

They acted like we were an annoyance wanting to see their cars. Batteries were dead, cars were very dirty inside. The car we were interested in had a check engine light on and backup cam didn’t work. Seats were filthy. Wouldn’t let us drive the car unless we absolutely were buying it. Bad experience.

Had narrowed down my choices in my car hunt to 4, one of which was located here. Asked to test drive the vehicle. Was told that basically they “expect you to be ready to start the paperwork directly after the test drive if all goes well, are you to that point?” Was honest and said that they were one of 4 that I was looking at. He said that because they are small the don’t have the staff to just test drive without a strong possibility of a sale. Mind you I was the only person on the lot or in the office, and there was at least 1 other sales person there. Needless to say they lost a sale and a potential future customer.
