Just bought a nice truck from Bedard and drove well over an hour to get it. The salesman I dealt with was named Ian and he was absolutely fantastic! Bedard even got the truck down to a reasonable price that I was happy with! My issue was with the finance manager we had to deal with. My wife and I were not pleased with his demeanor towards us and felt like we were just statistics sitting in his office. We told him we didn’t want any of the extra warranties and he still tried to push it on us even being insulting as to question where our safety priorities were with our children! I get that he has to try and sell us the extra warranties but we almost walked away when he was being insulting. To top it all off he missed spots on the paperwork where my wife had to sign. So when they were delivering the truck to my work they had to stop at the DMV, get my wife out of work for most of the day, and have her finish signing the paperwork for the whole registration process. This was more than a slight inconvenience for us as this paperwork should’ve been done when we went to Bedard. So to wrap it up, thanks Bedard and Ian for being awesome! Finance manager Tanner, you need to do better!

I purchased my Chevy Bolt here in 2018. They were the only dealer in the Berkshires that had a full EV in stock at the time, and it was charged too! If you visit Chevy- ask for Heather. She’s awesome.

I experienced the typical dealership “games” you go there with the idea of buying and getting a good deal on a vehicle but be prepared to spend anywhere of 4 to 6 hours trying to negotiate a deal but here is the dirty secret the dealership doesn’t want you to know, from the sales person to the general manager play this game, they keep you there as long as possible because their tactics are to wear you down to the point where you end up being exhausted from the back and forth to were you end up signing a contract that is not in your favor. It doesn’t stop there, after coming to a “deal” now they throw you to the business manager who is hard selling extras that you don’t need like paint protection, just a fancy word for wax and extended warranty on the vehicle which is really a waste because most manufacturers give a pretty good warranty. One last thing, “Buyer Beware”.

Recently stopped there with a question about something with my car that I purchased. They took me right away and checked it out. The device was great.
