I recently bought a new 2020 Subaru Forester Limited at Bath Subaru and I love it!! The sales team was helpful every step of the way, particularly since I was rebounding from a car accident. I was able to complete the transaction with speed and courtesy, getting the car I wanted at a price that worked for me! I highly recommend Bath Subaru, and I’m looking forward to continuing my previous relationship with the wonderful service team. Yea, Subaru!!

I want to thank Jell Saleeby (Sales Manager) and Bath Subaru for outstanding customer service. I was in a bind and quickly needed a reliable used car for my family. Jeff immediately found the right car at great price, stayed after hours to show it to me and facilitated an effortless purchase. Great work folks and thanks so much!

Extremely curt and rude owner, exceptional Service Department. I wish I could rate them separately. I called ahead of time to ask if the service department could program a set of aftermarket key fobs for my Impreza. I was upfront that they were not Subaru keys, and the service department said they would absolutely try. No guarantee, which is understandable. I brought the car in and while waiting I struck up a conversation with a salesman. He asked why I was in and I explained. The owner was standing nearby and quickly came over and gave me the third degree about where I got the keys, where I bought the car (not here) and wanted to know why I hadn’t taken them to the original dealer (this shop is closer to my office). He demanded to know where I work, and then very angrily muttered that they shouldn’t be programming the keys if they weren’t from there. I totally understand his position, but that’s why I called in advance. Some shops have that policy and some don’t. No need to be rude about it!

I bought a 2004 Chrysler Concorde LXi from these guys back in 2016 off their back lot. It had about 100k miles on it, tons of features, and was only $1500. Four years later, its still on the road, and has only needed minor, normal servicing. They were very proffesional, and did not pressure me at all!

Worked hard to get me a great deal on a lightly used car?
