I purchased a 2014 Ford Taurus SEL from All Star Motors. These people are totally awesome. It was the easiest car buy I have ever done. Usually get the runaround along with the sales tricks, such as adding the amount of your trade into the final price of the auto being purchased, trying to highball you into a higher priced car or truck. NOT at this place, the trade was deducted from the price of the car, just as it should have been. Got a wonderful price for my 2007 Ford 500, more than I expected. Noticed there was a dent in the rear bumper, and a rock chip in the windshield which they have agreed to fix that at no charge. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealer to everyone. The customer service cannot be beaten anywhere locally or even in a 250 mile range. When I took the title to them, they had found a loan for lower interest than the loan we had signed with them yesterday. That saved me a bunch, lowering the car payment and the total interest – CAN’T BEAT IT! They continued to look for a better deal even after we had signed. YAHOO TO CLIFF (G.M.) AND THE CREW AT ALL STAR.

We came in and found Casey Pink. He is a great guy to work with as a sales advisor. He was able to take the car we were interested in and make it the car we were taking home and calling ours. As soon as we told him what our needs were he found a way to make it happen and into to a reality. Not only that when I had to take the car into the shop at the Chrysler dealership for a recall, Chrysler couldn’t help us and left us stranded. All star pulled through and gave me a ride and made sure I felt safe. I will buy all my cars there from now on. I not only trust them, they made us feel safe like family. I recommend them to everyone!! Thanks Casey, All star team, and Butch and family

These guys are about as pleasant to deal with as a used car dealer can be. I bought a car there, and there were a couple things wrong with it that couldn’t really be detected on a test drive in the month of March (A/C and some stereo issues). Amazingly, they worked really hard to fix BOTH problems and make it right…for free! Dealing with All-Star has almost restored my faith in car dealers. OK, not really, but I do appreciate their effort and ethics. They do a very nice job detailing the cars, too.

I thought the customer service was great. Daniel was very helpful with a great, positive attitude. I’m glad I was able to find and make a purchase here.

In April I bought a 2011Ford Fusion. I love my car but I’m not happy with the experience! First they said they would clean it up before I drove away with it in which I found a water bottle in the back seat along with a floss pick. How gross is that!!! Plus there was napkins stuffed between the seats. I don’t call that a “clean up” of the car before handing it over. Then the big problem arose…..I got home with my car and within a week it said low tire pressure. I immediately went to Les Scwab and had them check it out. They filled the tires up and then told me those tires are not safe to drive on. They need to be replaced in the next couple months and to NOT drive out of town. Well that really sucks because I’m loving my car and just want to go. I didn’t have time to replace them right then, I waited until school was out since I work at the school. My daughter bought a 2015 Ford Taurus at a competitor in Tri Cities and after telling them my experience they told me those tires should not have been on that car when sold. By law a dealership can’t sell a car with less than 50% tread and my tires had like 20% or less!! I sent my invoice to All Star requesting a refund of the tires and never heard a peep. No call. No email. Nothing!!! I sent it again and asked them to please call or email and still to this day nothing!!! I don’t think that is good customer service to ignore someone like that.
